Per ANSI standards, low voltage equipment is for use with nominal system voltages less than 1,000 volts. Medium voltage equipment is for nominal voltages greater than 1,000 volts and less than 100,000 volts. High voltage equipment is applied to nominal system voltages greater than 100,000 volts.

Enclosures are available in a wide variety of sizes to safely house and protect all types of electrical and mechanical equipment. Enclosures are available in 11 gauge steel, Galvanneal, stainless steel or aluminum. Our cutting edge manufacturing facility with full sheet metal shop capabilities, include plasma cutter, shearing, braking and welding facilities. We prime and paint to any specification common to the utility industry. Enclosures are assembled with stainless steel hinges, making Controllix enclosures secure, attractive, sturdy and weatherproof. Other standard and optional features include front and rear doors, non-corrosive 3-point latching, provisions for padlocking, relay panels, climate control, lighting, and insulation.
